A fully occupied industrial development in Southam has been sold, with the proceeds set to be reinvested in future commercial schemes across Warwickshire. Warwickshire County Council announced the sale of Sucham Park on 15 September. The 42,200 sq ft development is home to a collection of small and medium-sized businesses. The site was delivered through Warwickshire Property & Development Group, the county council’s property company. The council says proceeds from the transaction will enable further investment in commercial developments elsewhere in Warwickshire. The announcement did not give a sale price in the information published by the council.
