Free local news
CWToday is run by two people and our core local news articles are intended to remain free to read. We do not plan to place ordinary local news coverage behind a reader paywall.
Accuracy and developing stories
We work to keep material accurate and current, but breaking news, live coverage, weather, traffic and third-party feeds can change quickly. Information on the site is provided for general information and should not replace official emergency, legal, medical, financial or travel advice.
Using CWToday content
Unless otherwise stated, original CWToday text, branding and graphics remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to our stories and use short quotations where permitted by law with clear attribution. Republishing substantial parts of an article, copying our branding or reproducing protected images may require permission.
Third-party content and links
Some stories and features rely on information, photographs, video or data supplied by public bodies, businesses, readers and other third parties.
