People across Nuneaton and Bedworth have until Monday night to respond to the first consultation on a new Local Plan for the borough.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council’s scoping consultation closes at 11.59pm on Monday 10 August. The authority is seeking views from residents, businesses, landowners, infrastructure providers, community groups and other stakeholders.
A separate Call for Sites is running to the same deadline, inviting landowners and developers to suggest land of at least 0.25 hectares that could potentially be considered for housing, employment, retail or social infrastructure.
The consultation follows new planning regulations introduced in 2026. The council’s existing Borough Plan Review was adopted in December 2025.
