Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after three people suffered life-changing injuries in a serious collision on the A5.
Warwickshire Police said the collision happened at around 10.10am on Friday, August 7 and involved two HGVs and a silver Mercedes Vito van.
Police said a lorry and the Mercedes collided, forcing the van into the rear of another lorry.
Eight people were travelling in the van at the time of the collision, with three suffering injuries described by police as life-changing.
The force has now issued a fresh appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have dashcam footage that could assist the investigation, to come forward.
The collision itself happened earlier this month, but the new police appeal has been issued as enquiries continue.
