Three people have been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Far Gosford Street, Coventry. West Midlands Police said an 18-year-old man was found with stab wounds on the evening of 25 August. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries which were not believed to be life-threatening. Nawran Jalal, 24, from Coventry, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. He appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court on 7 September and was remanded ahead of a hearing at Warwick Crown Court on 25 September. Police said a 17-year-old boy and Mohammed Nawabi, 30, from Coventry, had previously been charged with attempted murder and remanded after appearing in court. The force said enquiries are continuing and appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage from the area to come forward, quoting reference 20/376480/26.
