A new early-support mental health service for children and young people has launched across Warwickshire. The service, called ECHO — Every Child Heard and Offered support — began operating on 3 August and is intended to make it easier for families to access community-based help before difficulties escalate. Warwickshire County Council says ECHO will support children and young people up to the age of 18, and up to 25 for people with an Education, Health and Care Plan. The service is aimed at lower-level needs including anxiety, worry, stress and low mood, with the emphasis on earlier intervention and clearer access to local support. Families seeking help should use the official Warwickshire information pages for referral and contact details.
